Knuckle Creek: hand-squished clay chaos for your next game night

Welcome to Knuckle Creek, home of the world-famous Knuckle Sandwich. It's a slapstick comedy brawler where everything looks lovingly hand-modeled from clay, and you're as likely to blow yourself off the map as you are your friends. Even after you're knocked out you can keep meddling by dropping items onto the field, and the winner's podium is playable, so the trophy can be stolen at the last second.

Battle mode handles up to eight players offline or online, with Last Player Standing and Team Battle plus a big pile of tweaks: starting health, weapons, maps, time of day, fatal falls, joker cards and more. Bots can fill empty spots. Solo, there are 48 timed single-player challenges with leaderboards that unlock dress-up items. The humor is goofy and the music is the kind that gets stuck in your head for days.

Fair warning: the controls are unconventional. Throwing is the best way to attack, and it takes a hold, an aim and a separate release, so expect some awkward first matches. It's not as mechanically deep as the big platform fighters, and it really shines with friends rather than alone. It's Windows-only, hasn't been rated for Deck, and is on a launch discount until November 12.
